Developing Competence includes:

• Organisation Specific In-person Training Delivery/Workshop on an Element of Neurodiversity support

• Group size up to 30

Examples including:

• Supporting Neurodivergent Clients and Colleagues

• Working with Neurodivergent Learners

• Understanding ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD

• Posting on Social Media about the Event

• Q&A Session

• Scheduled Informal time during event for discussions

• Includes Developing Awareness 45-60 Minute Introductory Session on Navigating Neurodiversity

• Deeper Knowledge of Neurodiversity
